The Aay family have been involved in market gardening for over 40 years and have been growing fresh herbs since 1988. Roger took control of the operation in 1999. In April 2005 Roger and Jo-Ann purchased a new farm at White Hill, 10 minutes from their existing farm, and have made this their Organic farm. Setting the trend to promote a healthier life, and a chemical free work place. Roger and Jo-Ann vision is to make AAY'S FRESH HERBS the largest organic herb farm in Australia.
The demand of fresh herbs through traditional shopping outlets has boomed mainly due to the "natural and Asian" eating trends that is sweeping Australia and abroad.
Situated approx 60 Kilometres from Adelaide in Murray Bridge and now also White Hill Monarto, Aay's herbs are grown in the most virgin soil surrounding which is conductive to herb growing. The soil is rich, and disease free. The company prides itself for its quick turnaround time in supplying the end user the freshest product in the market. From the time of picking to packaging to having the product on the supermarket shelves in 24 hours. Taste, freshness, reliability as a producer, growing the right herbs is the reason Aay's Herbs are being sort in South East Asia and Dubai.
Most of our herbs are available 12 months of the year, due to nature we do have occasional loses from flood, storms and strong winds. Our number one aim is to, Keep our customers satisfied! Produce a chemical free quality product, and be clean and green, and most important have a pleasurable relationship with our cutomers.

Rogers first job was in East End Produce market at the age of 15 he worked for E Russo & Son, he has also had many years experience working in apple & pear orchards. He worked for the Highways Dept as a supervisor for 11years. Roger decided to take on the family business in 1999 and has never looked back, he thoroughly enjoys the fresh country air.
Shawn comes from a dairy farm back ground. He has had many years experience in hydroponics, growing flowers and vegetables. He has run his own business and knows the market places quite well. He joined Aay's in September 2006 and has become an asset to our company, bringing his highly skilled back ground with him.
Jo-Ann- Comes from a hairdressing back ground and has always loved the garden. Her passion is propagating plants, and watching them grow. She loves what she does and just wants to be successful in life.
