Ingredients
1 Pack of Aay’s Christmas Stuffing mix
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Large Onion
12 Slices of Whole meal Bread (1 day old)
2 Free Range eggs
2 Tbs Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste Â
 Method
Finely chop the stuffing mix leaving out woody stems and place in a bowl. Finely chop garlic and onion and add to the bowl. Chop the wholemeal bread into
2-3cm squares and add to the herb mix. Add two beaten eggs to the bowl and the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together. Use to stuff chicken or turkey or place in a pan and bake to make a side dish.
